Patrick Nagel (1945-1984), who was well-known as an illustrator for Playboy who also created iconic paintings and drawings which have come to define '80s cool. His patented art deco and pop art style is best known for the pop music group Duran Duran, for whom he designed the cover of the best-selling album, Rio.
