Our wooden photo blocks are made from MDF wood which are 18mm thick.

The photos are printed by hand in our studio, using high quality Kodak photo paper which will then be transferred onto your wooden MDF block.

We are committed to providing a high customer satisfaction, so any problems with your order, PLEASE contact us via eBay contact seller option before opening a case with eBay, or leaving negative feedback as we will try our best to resolve any issues ASAP.

To order one of our personalised wooden photo blocks, it is very simple to do:

Step 1 - Choose from your drop down menu options.

Step 2 - Press BUY-IT-NOW and follow the payment process.

Step 3 - Send us an eBay message with your family name or text you want written under the tree, along with your names (up to 10 names) you would like around the tree. We add the names onto the tree from bottom left clockwise around to bottom right. Please send us the list of name with this in mind. If you want specific names at the top of the tree then please make us aware.

Step 4 - Your item will be printed and processed once we have all of your information.

Please remember to double check spelling and grammar before sending your information as we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes on your behalf.

Please ensure your spelling are correct as what you send us will be printed.

A replacement will be supplied upon errors occurring from ourselves.
