We can send Australia wide and to most Overseas’ countries.  We have access to all major freight and courier companies.  To prevent delays in shipping your item, please provide your full address and a mobile contact number for our courier bookings.  Unfortunately, NO PO Box addresses are accepted.  Items will not be sent until the full and correct postage is paid.  PayPal customers – we will only ship to the registered PayPal address.

We cannot be held liable for 3^rd party freight handling, this is beyond our control.  Please contact us if you feel there is a delay in the shipping.   We will promptly contact the freight company to follow up its progress and keep you informed.  If the item is ‘Lost in Transit’, we will reissue the item promptly. Please do not leave negative feedback for matters beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import Duties, taxes and charges are not included in the items price or shipping charge.  These charges are the responsibility of the buyer or agent.  Please check with your countries customs office before bidding or buying.

SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs to major cities are displayed on the listings.  If you are outside those areas please contact us for a quotation before placing a bid or buying. 

Free postage will only apply for products marked as "Free Postage" that have a delivery address within a major city metro area [NSW (Sydney), VIC (Melbourne), SA (Adelaide), ACT (Canberra), QLD (Brisbane)]. An extra fee will be charged for Outside Metro, Regional & Remote areas in ALL states in addition to ALL deliveries to WA, TAS & NT.   In some circumstances where an address is relatively remote, you may need to be picked up the item from the nearest Freight Depot.  If any of the above happens we will contact, you prior to confirm you still wish to proceed with your order.  If you are uncertain and would like confirmation or to know the extra freight cost, please message us prior to ordering.

We offer a 30 days return policy if you change your mind.  That means if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us up to 30 days after you have received it for either exchange or refund (excluding original delivery costs).  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all items returned must be received by us in brand new, unused condition, sealed in their original shipping packaging, and including all parts and accessories.  Any sealed packages must remain sealed.  If this is not the case, the return may be rejected or only partially refunded.

At our discretion a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds for change of mind.  Eligible refunds will be paid within 5 business days (excludes public holidays & weekends) less any delivery charges on the original transaction.  The payment will be returned by the same method as received i.e. PayPal or Bank Deposit. Please include a copy of your tax invoice with your returned item. The purchaser must pay for any postage costs unless wrong item has been sent. Postage fees will not be refunded.

Most items come with a manufacturer’s warranty.  Please check the product listing for the warranty details/period.  Proof of purchase must be supplied with a warranty claim.  During the warranty period we will either replace or repair the item.  If the part has been damaged by misuse, accident, improper installation or application or operation, lack of maintenance or any cause beyond the control of PEC, we cannot provide warranty cover.  The buyer is responsible for any return freight costs and PEC is not liable for claims, loss or expense of any nature whatsoever which arise in returning or reinstalling the product.  Please contact us to initiate a claim through the ebay message.

Before installing, please inspect all supplied parts are correct for your application and in acceptable condition. PEC ONLINE assumes that the purchaser has a basic mechanical knowledge & aptitude before attempting to install the product.  If you are unsure about the installation, please do not attempt, contact us first or get the product installed by a qualified/registered technician.  If you are having technical difficulty, please contact us Monday to Friday from 7am – 4pm via Ebay Messenger, please include pictures of the issue for prompt assistance. PEC ONLINE accepts no responsibility for damage, loss, expense or replacement caused by the product for improper installation or third-party installation.  Please use appropriate personal safety equipment and all mechanical tools and equipment are in good order and the work area is free from hazards before undertaking installation.  Additional Gaskets / Sealant / Bolts & Nuts / Flange Plates may be required to complete your installation which may not be supplied.

We deny all and disclaim any liability for any indirect, incidental or any consequential damages, including loss of any business, profit or any other losses and expenses, whether is breach of contract, warranty, trot, negligence or product liability. Rhino products are designed and engineered for race/off road use only, not road/ street use unless otherwise advised.  It is the owner’s/driver’s responsibility to ensure this product is legal and meets road worthiness in their state or territory, please confirm with your local roads and traffic authority before purchasing this product.
