This is a replacement, original McIntosh 1/8" glass face plate for the MA 8900 Integrated. When you purchase replacement glass, no matter which dealer, it does not come complete with the lenses and foam - it is the glass only and has to be rebuilt.
This faceplate is sold as complete - with genuine McIntosh blue plexi lenses (not the aftermarket ones for sale on ebay) for both meters and the display readout using factory spec double sided tape and foam surround, built to McIntosh strict quality standards.
Because this glass is thin, it is common for people to accidentally press too hard on the facade of the amp and crack the glass. If you are local, I can do the replacement for you, for a fee if you aren't comfortable doing it yourself. I can do so without having to remove your amp from the cabinet if you have enough clearance.
Also - If you need your faceplate rebuilt, please message me for a price. It is very time-intensive to set everything properly. Each rebuild takes about 3 hours. This would be for foam, adhesives, and setting only - you must provide the hardware.
