Vintage Murano Millefiori Art Glass Silver Metal Trinket / Pill Box

Lovely triangle shaped silver tone metal trinket / pill box with beautiful Murano Millefiori glass design lid and intricate metal working. It is lined with red velvet. The box seems to be of silver but there are no marks. 

It measures approximately 1.75" x 1.75" x 1.25" H
