Hard to make out size but measurements are below.

Appears to be leather and in great condition.

My wife wore these and her shoe size was US 8.

US size: 7.5 - 8.0

inside measurement length: 9 5/8"

Sole length: 10 1/8"

Boot height (heel to top) : 10 5/8"
