Customer Service: I will always work with my customers to assure complete satisfaction. If an issue occurs in transit or upon receipt, please contact me. I answer my emails frequently and will work with you to assure your complete satisfaction. I try to wrap each item that is purchased like a gift and take great care in packaging against rough postal handling, using bubble mailers, bubble wrap and tissue. If you don’t see an item, please contact me, I may be able to obtain it for you. I usually don’t hold items, but feel free to contact me with any special requests and I will do my best to work with you.

Returns: I accept returns for items if you are not completely satisfied, original shipping is not refundable and buyer will pay the return shipping. Movies must be in original package for returns.  Please read all descriptions and look at all pictures prior to bidding and please feel free to ask any questions to assure your satisfaction in the purchase. I appreciate each and every sale and each and every customer I transact with, so please contact me if you feel that in any way you didn't love your experience.

Shipping: I ship same day or next business day, I do not ship on Saturdays, please read the expected delivery time frame prior to bidding... if you need it faster, than please let me know prior to bidding or at the time of payment, so I can adjust your invoice.... if you have not received an item by the end of the delivery date, please contact me and we can resolve!

International bidders... I am always happy to accommodate international buyers, however, due to shipping times, delay and customs, there is no guarantee on delivery times. I am also unable to take responsibility on the package, unless the buyer pays for priority international shipping, that includes insurance.. Otherwise, first class air mail does not have insurance and buyers purchase at their own risk. I do everything in my power to get it to you safe and sound, but once it leaves the states, I am unable to take control of the package's destiny...Customs dues and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. I am unable to mark any package as gift or lessen the declared value, for legal purposes.

Global Shipping Program: EBay has recently added a new option for International buyers, the Global Shipping Program.. Please note, if this option is chosen, the shipping charges and custom fees are paid to a third party program and only the item cost is paid to the seller.. The program does not allow combining of packages under any circumstance.. If multiple items are purchased, please make sure to check out with all purchases using the cart, to assure I can combine the items for you.
