Pre-loved. Taken from a cherished collection. I did notice a couple of issues. There is a split in the red peppermint of his staff and a mark on the side of the snowman. Some of the edges of the base have paint loss. Also, both number blocks have edges that are chipped and have paint loss. These are shown in the last couple of photos.
