Method of use:
Massage: per 100 ml. base oil /almond, grape seed/ add 20 drops of essential oil and enjoy the wonderful fragrance.
Bath: 5, 6 drops of essential oil are placed in 50 ml. base oil or milk, mix and add to the bath. A bath with bergamot oil has a relaxing effect and improves mood.
Enrichment of shampoo and hair mask: stimulates hair growth - add 10, 15 drops of essential oil to 100 ml of shampoo or mask.
Enrichment of face creams: for oily skin - 10 drops of essential oil per 50 ml. cream.
Aroma medallion: 1 drop of essential oil.
Aroma lamp and diffuser: deodorizing, soothing - add 5, 6 drops of essential oil to the water.
Aroma spray: deodorizing - put 15, 20 drops of essential oil in 250ml. water, shake the bottle and spray the room.
