Unifoliate cattleya species, in my opinion of of the most stunning of the cattleya genera, dowiana produces clusters of large chartreuse to golden yellow blooms with a dramatic frilly golden yellow lip that is dramatically  veined and contoured in the most luscious magenta red hue. A favorite of many cattleya lover, used in breeding for many generations for its color variation and fragrance. 

We expect this triploid (3n) to produce clusters with a more floriferous vigor then the regular typo.

These wont last at this size!!!
