 I personally ride a Ural every day, as well as running a motorcycle repair shop, so I know how important spare parts are.

Postage

Wherever possible, parts will be dispatched by the end of the next working day after an order is placed. Most items will be posted first class unless otherwise stated.

Very large orders may be sent by courier (a good one), so please make sure I have your telephone number. I won't be able to book courier without it.

Questions welcome but please bear in mind they may take a while to answer as this is a busy motorcycle workshop & I don't work at a computer.

RETURNS

Items can be returned within 30 days (but preferably much sooner) for a refund, provided they are in re-saleable condition. Buyer will be expected to pay all postage unless item is faulty or miss-described..
