Has a small scratch on bottom of frame

Framed Picasso print

By Beard Frame Shops, so I am guessing as to timing. They opened in 1974. But I think it was probably framed sometime in the 80s or 90s.

I could be wrong though.

Professional framing and matting. Mat looks gray

With frame, it measures 22" x 19"
