The catalog presents issues of government securities. These are bonds, obligations, certificates issued on behalf of or under the guarantee of the state. Issues are listed in chronological order. If the loan had several issues, then the winning issue is indicated first, and then the interest issue. Within each loan or issue, securities are placed in ascending order of denominations.

The names of the issues are given in accordance with their writing on the security itself. General information about the issue is indicated - maturity dates, amounts, number of categories, series and coupons. Below the image of the paper are the catalog number, denomination and approximate cost. Known varieties may be listed below.

Images of securities are shown reduced from actual size, but maintaining the proportions between the sizes of securities of the same issue. The catalog number consists of two digits of the year the security was issued, the serial number of the issue in the year and the serial number of the denomination in the issue.

The price is indicated in conventional units and is approximate. At the time of publication of the catalog, the conventional unit is assumed to be 50 rubles. The grade is on papers in good collectible condition, and for issues dating back to the 1950s, in very good condition.
