Vintage, undated, silver souvenir spoon for King Albert of Belgium. Assumed to be silver plate based upon the markings. Spoon portion may be modified, I'm not sure about that.

Hallmarks: Unreadable bit, WM A Rogers, Horseshoe R  mark, SX XR
