NOTE:  THIS PACK WAS APPARENTLY HOT GLUED TO A CARDBOARD BACKING AT ONE TIME.  THE REMOVAL OF THE CARD FROM ITS BACKING HAS LEFT SOME GLUE AND PAPER ADHERED TO THE BACK OF THE PACK.  REFER TO THE THIRD PHOTO.
