This is a very nice, unique tool for the crochet lover in your family or circle of friends. The handle comes with your choice of a H/8 or a G/6 hook. The crochet hook reverses into the handle when it isn't being used to protect the hook and to keep it from hooking things it isn't supposed to. Overall length is about 6 inches long when the crochet hook is extended and about 4.5 inches when retracted.
The handle was made from a gold and black swirl acrylic, sanded to 12000 grit, then polished with an acrylic polish to a high shine. On this handle, I also cut a series of grooves into the hook end of the handle to provide more "traction".
The hardware on this handle as well as the hook is made with a brushed satin color.
