Made in Victoria, Australia in the mid 1960's, when Phyl changed over from earthenware to stoneware.

Clean, no damage, and ready for functional use, or as décor. 

Finished with a fine salt like matte glaze (pleasing to the touch). 

Arts and crafts mission style with a mid century abstract design of the time. 

Each holder is unique.  Each holder measures as follows (approximately):

Holder with a larger lip and taller column:  3 x 5.1 x 5.1 inches (H x W x L).

Other holder is about 2.8 x 5.2 x 5.2 inches (H x W x L).

Each holder weighs close to 350 grams or 0.8 pounds.
