Rustic door solid wood oak arched stained glass door 37-1/2 X 81-1/2 6" jamb Solid hardwood and no veneers or engineered wood.
This was custom made for a customer. We can remake this one or you can design your own stained glass.
You can also choose if you want oak or mahogany or alder or reclaimed lumber. The door will be solid wood and close to 2" thick. We will be delivering in our Sprinter van because the logistics companies are not careful. You will just need to have someone on site to unload. Door will come in the frame. You can tell me your size and if within a few inches of this one we can do for the same price. If you want the files of all of the doors we make let me know and we can send to you.

doors often take you to the unusual worlds” Mehmet Murat Ildan
Doors
create a magnificent first impression. Yours can go beyond being
a simple
entry way to one that reflects your personality and adds character
and
warmth. No two doors are every exactly alike. Each board of wood has
it’s own
unique character. From simple to
elaborate our rustic doors provide
you with
the look and personality and mood you want.
Our doors
are made here in San Diego by our very talented carpenters.
We buy
our hardwoods from a company here in San Diego and we can offer
Alder, mahogany,
oak, maple and birch. Upon availability we
can offer the
Reclaimed
Doug Fir 70 – 100 years old. Our wrought iron is hand made
and hand
forged by blacksmiths. We will be glad to have custom out of the box
designs
made for you.
What we
will need from you is the rough opening. We will take ½” off each way for the pre
hung measurement. We need the jamb width
and we can make the jamb any size. You
are not limited to normal jamb sizes. I need the swing of the door and the
species of wood.
I need to
know if the speakeasy is operable. Do you want glass and a wooden door in the
speakeasy or just glass or just the wooden door. We can change out the hardware
for you for example if you prefer a square cage or a grapevine cage or a
different door knocker. We can make a
door knocker with your initial. We can
make custom speakeasy cages. If you see a door you like all of the hardware comes
with it. We do not do the bore holes. We can give you a decorative pull. Most
people get their locksets locally. Doors are generally 1-7/8 to 2” thick. You will receive TWO sets of trim/casing. You
tell us what kind. Exterior/interior.
For double
doors you will receive upper and lower throw bolts. Weather stripping included.
We can also do kerfed jambs.
If you
are in a Title 24 State for the glass where it has to be Low E dual glazed
tempered you are responsible to let me know. Please check with your State requirements
otherwise we will give you tempered or laminate glass. You may choose among a
dozen different glass designs and we also have clear and a swirly seedy.
Our doors
are solid wood. We never use engineered wood or fillers or veneers. These doors
are built to last in most cases longer than we do. 😊 Unless all you want is a replacement door the single doors
come pre hung in the frames/jambs. For double doors that are shipped we
breakdown in the very well made protective crates with instructions for
assembling the jambs. We often deliver
to Texas and California and Arizona and Nevada so if you order double doors
there is a good chance we have a trip coming up and can bring the double doors
to you still in the frame without breaking down. We will also send you a video
my grandson made on how to stain the doors which is very easy to follow.
Upon
request I can send you the files of all of the doors we have made.
You can
also send a picture of a door you would like that you draw up or find online.
Since 2014 we have made approximately 10,000 doors. Many of those doors started out as a customer’s rough ideas drawn on a piece of paper that we were able to bring to life. We do have discounts for multiple doors and shipping discounts. We will be happy to look sat your door schedule. We are running 4 – 6 weeks for production.
Doors are made at 4178_D Cartagena Drive in San Diego. For local pick up that is where you would go. We have a forklift on site if needed.
