Jugoplastika / Factory of clothing, haberdashery, footwear, hardwear of processing and packaging began its work in 1952 in Split. In the period from 1981 to 1985 as much as 60% of doll production was marketed in Western Europe market. Despite all the high business results, during the conversion company is the owner of the associated joint stock companies ended up in bankruptcy and was closed in 2003. They produced a wide repertoire of plastic toys, balls and sea equipment, but they are best known for the production of dolls with clothes and shoes.
