Large FRAMED vintage US DIVERS MARK V helmet ETCHED on wavy cobalt blue GLASS. Beautiful handcrafted work. Looks amazing backlit. Signed DV II. Excellent condition and clean.

The frame measures 15 inches wide by 21 inches high and 1 3/8ths inches thick. There is a sawtooth hanger on the back. Weighs approximately 4 pounds. Signed DV with the roman numeral II.

No cracks, chips or stains. I find no flaws on the glass. The frame has some light scuffs but is solid and straight.

The slight variations in the etching leads me to believe this is a one-of-a-kind artist rendering. The pics don't do justice to the glass. It is deep blue and the frosted areas create a very striking contrast. The pics are only half as dark and contrasty as the original.

This unique artwork is clean and ready to hang.

THE SHIPPING WILL BE $ 17.35 DUE TO THE EXTRA WEIGHT OF MATERIALS TO PROTECT THE GLASS. BOTH SIDES OF THE GLASS WILL BE SANDWICHED BY LARGE CELL BUBBLEWRAP AND THICK CARDBOARD. IT WILL BE DOUBLE WRAPPED IN MORE STIFF CARDBOARD AND AN OUTER BOX WILL ALSO BE CREATED. TOTAL WEIGHT MAY BE OVER 7 POUNDS.
