Rare Wedgwood Vassar College Commemorative Plate - made in England. Approximately 10 1/4" inches across, with an ivory background with maroon images. Central image featuring The Chapel on the Vassar campus. The back carries following inscription and manufacturer's mark: "Vassar College 1929 -- The Chapel"  "Wedgwood - Etruria, England -- Sole Importers - Jones, McDuffee & Stratton - Boston". The Wedgwood impressions/incisions are also present.

Excellent condition - no crazing, chips, cracks, repairs or stains on this item. Some very minor surface surface scratches in the clear glazing on front, but they are barely noticeable and too faint to capture in a photo.
