In fair condition. Paper covers are scuffed at edges & worn at corners. Head and tail of spine moderately rubbed, binding exposed. Foxing and finger-soiling exhibited to both front and rear covers - general soiling. Front gutter split at tail of spine. Rear covers split at head of spine. Water or tea dampness stain found at top corner of rear cover. Small white scuff found on front cover, almost directly in the middle of the page. No known previous ownership or marginalia. Light toning and foxing throughout text-block, with some instances of exposed cording. Binding is intact, but fragile in some places. Please see photos.
