This is a new item in the box, however for the collector who wants the box to be perfect that it came in, this one may not be for you. 

The original packaging is damaged as pictured. 

If you are buying it to take the action figure out of the box, then it doesn't matter because the action figure and accessories are unharmed and new from 2002.

This item is over 21 years old and must have been stored improperly before I found it.

This action figure is the same scale as a standard Barbie doll.
