Note: Due to heat during shipping, oil separation is normal and allow the modeling chocolate to reach room temperature and knead oils back in before use. Modeling chocolate provides excellent flexibility for all of your decorating needs. It can be reworked when warmed. Bakerpan pre-made modeling chocolate is ready to use and does not require you to mix any ingredients prior to use. Modeling chocolate is versatile tool for beginners and professionals. It's a great for delicate modeling and figure work. The modeling chocolate is firm yet pliable enough to work easily. Modeling chocolate will be firm when first opened. Use a flat top spatula to cut pieces out. Some crumbling will be normal since these are chocolate based products. Simply gather pieces together for kneading. Knead pieces until they become smooth. If the chocolate is too firm to knead, microwave on high in 3-5 second intervals. Avoid overworking or excessive heat. If the product is melting, place it in a refrigerator until it becomes firm again. Finished pieces should not be exposed to temperatures over 75º F.
