These washers are installed with the bumper brackets (two per attaching nut/bolt). The purpose of these washers is when using the factory supplied bumper jack, these washers do not allow the bumper bracket to slide on the vehicle's frame possibly causing sheet metal damage to the fender, quarter panel and/or filler panel.
