This is a US Scott #911 Mint Sheet of 50 from the 1943-1944 Overrun Countries Series.  The Phoenix on the left side represents rebirth, the figure on the right represents liberty from oppression. The denomination is five cents and the gum is original. There are a few tiny marks which I have photographed in closeup. Perforations look fine. Gum looks fine.
