The photos do not do this dress justice. This dress is absolutely beautiful, and in amazing condition for its age. Please note I am not overly familiar with antique wedding dresses so the description is based on my research and the item itself. Please feel free to ask any questions, and I will do my best to answer them. This gorgeous Victorian wedding dress from the 1890s is in excellent, clean condition. No rips, no tears and no stains (except the tiny tear on the right shoulder where the lace meets the neckline ; please see photos. This should be an easy fix.). This dress is an ivory satin with lace trim. it features a full button back with satin fabric, covered buttons, and four buttons on each sleeve The train is also trimmed in lace. The front features satin and lace bow accents. The mannequin in the dress is 5 foot so this dress would best fit a bride that is 4'10 to 5 foot. This would have the dress nearly touching the ground with a very low heel or flat wedding shoe It appears to be approximately a size 4. Please note this wedding dress is handmade and does not have tags indicating a size or any tag for that matter. It also does NOT feature a slip or corset bodice on the inside of the dress
