Unplug the black cap of the valve. Please do not use too much force on the transparent part around the balloon, in case it tears.
Inflate the balloon with the pump for about 5 minutes, then remove the nozzle and completely seal the air valve.
3Ft is better for Hanging indoor. Decorate with some small balloons. No small Cloud Balloons are included.
