FAQ’s 

Can I collect an item listed with postage? 

Sorry but items listed with a postage option are not available to collect in person. 

Where Do I Collect From? 

If your item is listed as collection, you will find details of the collection location in the items description. Once a purchase has been made we'll message you with full contact details. All collection items must be collected within five days of purchase. Our items are stored in an unmanned storage unit and we require an accurate time for collection. Sorry but we can't entertain collection windows such as " sometime between 2pm and 4pm " 

Do you accept Couriers? 

We do accept couriers for collection only items! We recommend looking at Shiply for the most reasonable quotes. We are happy to liaise with couriers on collection but please be aware of the above point. We need an accurate time for collection as without one your collection will fail. Where a courier has booked a courier collection the item won't be wrapped and you will need to provide the courier with the collection code supplied by ebay. Without the collection code we can't release a collection only item.  

Do you accept offers? 

We add the option to send an offer on listings where we feel appropriate. If a listing does not have this option we cannot accept offers & we are unable to respond to requests to do so. 

Can I view the item? 

Unfortunately, all items go into a storage facility and we cannot allow viewings of the items.  

Can You Provide Additional Images Of The Item?  

Once our items are listed on eBay they are placed in storage to keep them safe until auction end. This means that we are unable to take extra images if requested.  

Can I Pay Cash?  

We can only accept cash on collection if this is offered on the listing. Generally we require payment via ebay at the point of purchase. 

Customer Service 

Please contact us with any questions you have relating to any item. Our dedicated customer service team operate from 9am-5pm Monday – Friday and we will respond to your query within 48 hours between these operating times.  

Payment  

We ask that payment is made within 2 days of the auction ending/purchase otherwise the transaction will be cancelled. 

Dispatch & Delivery  

We will dispatch items within 2 working days of receiving payment via the shipping method outlined on your invoice. At peak times we endeavour to dispatch as soon as we can, usually 1-2 days maximum. 

Returns and Refunds  

We accept all returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for help or open a return via the eBay returns centre if you would like to return your item.  

In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit the process could not be simpler, if possible, send us a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact you to resolve the issue.  

Once an item is received at our office, a refund will be processed to the original method used, within 2 working days.
