The coins are uncirculated, in a plastic covering within each page. The informational pages also include older unused collectible stamps that are representative of that state or territory.

Previous owner’s name is on the front of each binder. The binders have some shelf and edge wear, some wear and slight damage on the corners of binder/volume II, some scuffing and scratches.
