*Note:The item is large and fragile, and in accordance with Australian regulations, it must be shipped on a pallet. Therefore, please contact customer service and provide your postal code and specific delivery addressso that we can calculate the accurate freight cost for you.

*Note:Please note that there may be additional freight fee . Please inform us whether the delivery address is in a commercial area or a residential area, and whether there is a forklift available.  

*Note:For customers who do not have a forklift and reside in a residential area, we only deliver the items to the freight depot near your residential address to save on freight costs. After that, you will need to pick up the items from the freight depot yourself. 

*Note:  Any Deliveries without a forklift on site will incur an additional charge of AU$80 to cover Tailgate and Hand unloading fees so pallets / goods can be transported to street level and to the ground floor.

*Note: In addition to the basic freight costs, there is an additional fee of AU$80 for deliveries within the CBD. This fee covers the cost of manual transportation in cases where unloading cannot be done directly at the doorstep 

*Note: All items are only delivered to the ground floor. If there are any special requirements for delivery, such as delivery to a higher floor or a specific room, additional charges may apply. *Within the Melbourne city area, free delivery service is available for single transactions exceeding $1000 AUD.

*If you opt for local pickup, please contact us after payment, and we will provide you with detailed information about the pickup warehouse location.

*For assembly services, please contact customer service after placing your order to obtain the contact information of the warehouse manager. Then, consult the warehouse manager for specific details.

*Our furniture products are packaged in A/B flat packs (assembly required) to ensure safe handling and reduce shipping costs.

*Due to various factors such as monitor brightness and light intensity, the actual color of the product may slightly differ from the images on the website.
