Ishihara and Tajiri were planning to open the first Pokemon Center in Tokyo. It was 1998 and they decided to take a candy shop and transform it into what is now one of Tokyo's Pokemon Centers

For the inauguration they produced Vol.0 of a newsletter. This is a pretty rare object that testifies to one of the fundamental steps in Pokemon history. A unique opportunity for all collectors in this sector.
