Excellent external cosmetic condition with no marks, dings or damage other than a few light handling marks and a wear mark on the barrel where the cap was posted.  Brushed Steel Flighter finish with gold clip and trim.  The double metal jewels are perfect. They date the pen to after 1975 when they changed from light grey to to metal.  All gold trim is in excellent condition. Stamped "Parker Made in England" around the cap band.  Clip is a nice firm fit and properly aligned. Fountain pen section is missing its gold arrow and has a small chip missing next the nib.  Nib is a 14K medium in perfect condition. Uses cartridges or an ink converter filler (neither supplied). Dip tested and writes nicely (see photo of writing sample).  No box.
