1 slide out (Kitchen table).  Many upgrades: lights, awning over slide out, new main awning.  Electric front stabilizing jacks.  Electric lift, sway-bar kit.  Temp-controlled fans, new bluetooth stereo and speakers.  11/23 Inspection (Virginia).  New Battery and roof was resealed and cleaned.

Gas line extension to the back where portable grill attaches (included).  Both propane tanks in front are full.

RV is clean and in great shape.  My wife and I (original owners) used it 2-3 times a year for 8 years, moved it to our property and used it while we built our retirement home. Home is finished.  We are now starting a homestead farm and don't plan on traveling.  Can be easily towed with F150/1500.

We have all service records and a clean title.  RV includes flatware, dishes, minor storage upgrades, etc.
