We ship within the US only, but we also participate in Ebay's Global Shipping Program. If your country is on the list, chances are we can ship to you.

We offer emergency overnight shipping for most of our items, if you'd like this please message us to arrange this. We have inventory beyond what is listed, feel free to ask about other parts.

Here at ITAD Direct we understand the frustration of a product not functioning properly. If you receive a product like this, please contact us through Ebay and allow us to respond in as timely a manner as possible.

30-Day WarrantyThis product is warrantied for 30 days from the date of shipment against defective arrival. Any Defective or DOA product must be reported within 30 days of shipment. Each product is tested and is in working condition when it is shipped. Unfortunately on rare occasions, damages may occur during shipment. If this happens, don't worry, we will stand behind our products!

We reserve the right to replace a dysfunctional item first. If we are unable to replace it a refund for your purchase will be issued.

A 20% restocking fee applies to returns due to customer errors or items returned that are tested and working appropriately. Returned shipments must include tracking on the shipment.

We know you would rather have your purchase sooner than later so we ship as fast as possible. We try our best to ship most of our packages by FedEx Ground the same business day if checkout is completed by 10:00PM EST. On many items we offer multiple shipping options in addition to the standard ground shipping. Click on the eBay shipping tab at the top of this listing for other shipping options.

Emergency Overnight Service:  Contact us if you need this service. Overnight shipping can be expensive, and we understand the urgency when a production server is down.

Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Canada Shipping: The shipping prices listed are for the 48 contiguous states. If you want the product to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii please request an invoice as the flat shipping fee does not apply for these areas. We will search for the cheapest shipping to your area. As a general rule we do not ship to Canada but we do make exceptions if the customer is willing to schedule the shipping and handle the customs paperwork.
