To my eye, the figure appears to be based on a young Jimmy Page, but I have no artist notes or art title to document that. Approximately 7.5" x 11.5" in a 12" x 16" matte. The matte shows some fading on the bottom and left sides. See pictures for condition. TACS was also known as Carole Swoboda. TACS was a very prolific fan artist who did numerous covers and interior art for many fanzines across many fandoms.
