Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. All car parts we offer are used and tested for functionality before disassembly. We give a 3 week guarantee on the items we offer. Within this period, the return to us is possible without any “ifs and buts”. The period begins on the day the goods are handed over to you.
