This is a Vintage 60's Dickies Chain Stitched Blue Coveralls. The tag says size 46L (please see measurements below to ensure a proper fit). Great design!

CONDITION
Vintage Preowned Condition - shows signs of wear and fading due to age and normal use. There are some stains, holes in the pockets, and some seam splits. Please see reference photos.
