The camera appears to be complete, film compartment nice and clean. Camera is cosmetically good. Everything LOOKS good but this camera is not operational, basically seized. I was able to 'wind on' for one wind, but cant release shutter, cant change shutter speed.

I can change aperture on lens if I remove lens (press pin on back). It looks like a great lens, I think the debris is just dust, not mould, see photos.

Would be a good project for a person with the right know how. You may need to gently pry off the film compartment door (comes off completely) with a screwdriver after pulling down the release catch.
