Returns must be in same condition as shipped. On all returns, seller must be notified in advance to include pictures of received items for review and explanation of reason for return. Upon acceptance of return the sell will issue a shipping return label for return. No exceptions to this process. I will be fair and reasonable but will not be taken advantage. Upon seller return receipt and inspection buyer will be contacted of final disposition.  Shipping damage must be addressed with delivering carrier.
