a) Internal Window Recess: Blinds are used within the exact sizes of windows.

b) External Window Recess: Blinds are used outside the window frame.

c) Exact Sizes for Inside Mounting: For inside mounting, the blinds are fitted within the window recess using the exact window sizes. This means the blinds will fit snugly inside the window frame.

d) Extra Sizes for Outside Mounting: Blinds used for outside mounting might require an extra window size allowance. This means the window dimensions need to be slightly larger than the exact window size to accommodate the blinds when they are mounted inside the recess.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Before Returning any product, please contact us through the eBay for full instructions. Returns without contacting us will not be accepted.

If buyer feel that the item they have purchased is not suitable, they are welcome to return that but the responsibility for the return postage and packing will be on buyers we will not pay the return P&P.

All returned goods must be unused and should have original packing with all tags, and free from wear and tear. Our return department have right to refuse the refund if the goods found used.

For the returned item we have already incurred postage cost to send them out THAT AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

For items that have been offered on free post & packing a deduction of 20% of sales price will be made before refund.
