DESCRIPTION: Build a Bear Love Bug costume, includes dress and wings. HAS FLAWS: moderate discoloration on wings and moderate-heavy snagging on dress. I made the mistake of trying to hand wash the wings, and it appears to have made the inside adhesive stain the outside layer; it is not dirty, it was an error on the side of cleanliness! The elastic on the wing is "rippled" from being overstretched. The dress is snagged in various places, including some on the underskirt layer. NOTE: I am selling 2 of these outfits in separate listings, but I will make sure you get the exact one pictured if you purchase one, because they are both flawed but in different ways. (This one is in better overall shape than the other one.)
The BABW clothing/accessories I sell are clean and in good used condition. They may have small imperfections (since they are not "new"), but I try to photograph all sides of the item and to clearly indicate any flaws I find. Please look at the photos closely for the most accurate description of the condition. If you receive an item with a flaw that did not clearly show up in the photos, please contact me and I'll try to make it right! This may be in the form of a replacement item (if I have one in stock), or a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the problem.
Comes from a smoke-free home, but we do have a cat and dog. There may be a faint smell of detergent on items from washing, but I never use any strong fragrances. Everything is cleaned, but sometimes items do pick up lint or stray pet hair during the photoshoot or packaging. Items may be wrinkled from storage and may get more wrinkles during shipping.
COMBINED SHIPPING: I am happy to combine shipping! If checking out does not automatically reduce shipping fees, I will send you a partial refund for the difference, once I calculate the total. Just be sure to send me a message if you buy more than one item from me in separate check-out sessions, so I don't overlook that they should go together. :)
SHIPPING METHODS: My go-to shipping method is usually USPS, but I reserve the right to ship via UPS or FedEx alternatively at my discretion. If you cannot receive mail from one of these alternative carriers, please send me a message at time of purchase.
REFUND POLICY: You may choose to return items for ANY reason as long as you are willing to pay shipping fees and return the item in the same condition. If you wish to return an item as a result of an error on my part (inaccurate description), I will pay shipping costs. I want you to be happy with your purchase! :)
