Return Policy:

Unwanted item:

There will be occasions where customers just simply don't like the item. If this is the case, the item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

It should be in its original condition with packaging and suitable for resale. With all accessories included.

Buyer will cover the postage charge for returning the product to us.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items:

Unfortunately, used phones can develop faults with time and sometimes some faults can only be identified when the phone is actually used (for example battery and Wi-Fi reliability etc.). If there is any defect, you have the right to return the defective item within 30 days of purchase date. If the item is deemed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will arrange the return postage costs.

Please send us an email, stating the reason for the return and we will reply with a Returns reference number. 

We aim to reply to your email within 1 working day. We make refunds within 2-5 working days of receiving a return and the refund method we use will be the same as that which you used to purchase the goods.

Warranty:

We believe in providing the best service where possible. We treat selling the same as buying and put ourselves in our customer's shoes. Buy from us and experience the difference. We normally provide 30 days of warranty from the date of purchase. If the phone develops a manufacturer fault, we are happy to have the device inspected, fixed, re-tested and then sent back under our warranty.
