There are 3 different packs. One is sealed. One the seal was slit but never opened. One the plastic fell apart. NONE of the stamp packages were ever opened on the pack. One pack is America 1890 to 1980, the other is topical and last the seven seas. Only the packaging on America is damaged but the stamp bags never opened. The perfect gift for anyone starting out collecting or looking to add to thier collection. The list they give you on topics does not include all the stamps there.
