How to use:

1. Pour a package of 2.7g nasal wash salt into a water bottle, and then add warm water to 300ml.
2. Make sure the water temperature is about 37 ℃. Mix the nasal salts thoroughly until they are completely dissolved, and then tighten the cap.
3. Select the correct nozzle: be sure to select the children's nasal cleaning nozzle for children. Children should not use adult sprinklers.
4. Correct posture: tilt the upper body forward, look down, tilt the head slightly, do not lean to any side, turn the bottle upside down, and gently insert the tip into a nostril. Relax, open your mouth slightly, and breathe (through your mouth). Don't hold your breath. Don't breathe through your nose. Press the valve button at the bottom of the water bottle (Fig. 1), and the solution will flow automatically. Do not squeeze the water bottle. The rinse solution will enter the nostril, wash the nose and sinuses, and then leave the other nostril. After cleaning one nostril, release the button to stop cleaning. Rotate to clean both nostrils.

Matters needing attention:
1. Do not use water or ordinary salt instead of nasal cleaner
2. To avoid discomfort, please mix the nasal cavity cleaning salt solution to an appropriate concentration in strict accordance with the instructions in this user guide
3. If one side of the nose is blocked, or suffers from otitis media or other ear diseases, do not use it
4.8 Children aged or below should use this product under the guidance of doctors and parents
5. Thoroughly clean the machine before and after each use
6. The product should be stored in a cool, dry and well ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from corrosive liquids or gases
