Looks to be some adhesive on the bottom of the car from a sticker of some kind.  Appears it should clean off.

Has Key and comes with original box, protective molding & protective tissue.

Not a collector of these...Bought them as apart of a huge basketball collection back in 2010 time frame.  They look to be in extremely good condition and I've only taken them out Twice now ever since.
