The House of Doré Doré, also known as DD, is one of the oldest and most respected hosiery brands in France. Founded in 1819 by Jean-Baptiste Doré in the Champagne-Ardenne region, the company specialises in socks and other accessories for women, men and children.
In 2003, Doré Doré changed nationality and became Italian following its acquisition by the prestigious Gallo Group, which is based near Brescia. Since 2012, all Doré Doré items have been made in Italy. Our packing is carefully handled, each item is wrapped by soft tissue or bubble protection and packed in paper or plastic envelope or carton box to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.
We will combine postage for multiple items, please email us before you pay.
Dispatch within 1 working day and if possible as soon as the payment is cleared on the same date before 3PM.
All items are shipped by Royal Mail or recognised international carrier. Insurance and recorded delivery are recommended for higher priced items. We will obtain a receipt as proof of posting for all the valuable items.
If payment is not received after 6th day of buying/auction ends, the item may be relisted and eBay may open an unpaid case.
Returns can be accepted only if the goods are deemed to be faulty; the listing is incorrect or the item is a different size from the description. These items can only be returned within the terms of our returns policy through the eBay procedures. We must be notified within 48 hours upon receipt. They can be returned providing they are in their original condition with tags/labels intact and packaged carefully. We recommend that you return via eBay label, its your responsibility to return items safely. Once the item is returned in satisfactory condition, we will cancel the order and process a full refund.
If you have changed your mind and returned an item which is not faulty and is as described, then postal charges are non refundable in both directions.
plushette are not responsible for any VAT or Customs Duties on items sold and shipped beyond the UK and similarly for any items which are returned. In the case of returns, the buyer should clearly mark that the item is a RETURN and going back to the country of origin, also enclosing documentation to authenticate the provenance.
For safety and hygiene reasons, NO RETURNS can be considered on cosmetics, lingerie, swimwear, underwear, socks and hats except where noted above.
If an item is lost and a claim needs to be filled, then a refund will be given once we have received a decision of Royal Mail. This can take up to 8 weeks from the date of sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
