Columbine (3803) by Noritake, Discontinued. Produced circa: 1933 -1944. Beautiful floral pattern with reddish purple, green, cream, and orange.

Excellent condition! These pieces appear to have been used very little, if ever. No chips or cracks, no crazing, no scratches that I can find. There are a few manufacturing flaws - see last picture for details.
