  • Deliveries through Couriers are insured for peace of mind.

  • We cannot change the shipping address after payment made via PayPal (in accordance with PayPal's seller protection policy).
  • Once we dispatch item, we have no control over and cannot guarantee services provided by carriers and delays may occur at times.

    Direct Deposit:

  • Account details are automatically provided by eBay at the time of checkout. 
  • Payments can be made through your bank's internet banking or phone banking system, or at any Westpac branch.
  • Please use last 6 digits of item number as your payment reference.

    Pay on Pickup:

  • We only accept only cash at the time of pickup. 
  • Alternatively customer can first arrange Direct Deposit into our bank account, once the payment clears in our account customer can arrange time for pickup.
  • Please contact us to arrange the pickup time. Please be aware pickup items are not packed in box, if customer prefer item to be packed in box, $10 per item packaging charge will apply.
  • Please call us or send us an email to confirm pickup time.
  • Back to base replacement warranty, parts & labour.
  • Postage and handling charges are customer’s responsibility.
  • Laptop batteries come with DOA (Dead on Arrival) replacement warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover any software related problems, accidental damage, or misuse.
  • Customer is liable for both the way shipping charges.
  • If item not found faulty, or any software related fault, or unnecessary warranty claims may entitled for charges.
