VINYL: G+, several light surface marks, none serious, just a few too many for VG. All copies play ok with just occasional soft crackles. 
SLEEVE: VG, corner/ring/seam wear, see photos. Includes printed lyric inner sleeve. 

Graded according to Goldmine standards and adapted to eBay's grading system. Every record gets a new poly outer sleeve and clean paper inner sleeve. All records packed carefully with pads in specialized cardboard mailers with the record outside the outer sleeve to avoid seam splits.
